Cat Bruno | Babesburgh Founder
Learning to Shine on Your Own
Interview Description:
In this heartfelt Shame to Shine interview, Cat, founder of Babesburgh, opens up about rebuilding her life after profound loss — and how that transformation became the foundation for a thriving women’s community in Pittsburgh.
After a breakup and job loss left her questioning everything, Cat turned inward through meditation, therapy, and honest self-reflection. Over time, she transformed shame into self-acceptance and rediscovered her ability to create, connect, and shine — on her own terms.
Through her story, Cat reminds us that healing isn’t a single moment of arrival — it’s a process of learning to love ourselves again, one layer at a time.
Even when life falls apart, you still have everything you need to begin again — and your story might just be the light that helps someone else find their own.
