Paradigm Expansions
Our Origin
Paradigm Expansions is all about personal transformation. Biking up the hill resembles the effort and focus required when we decide to change. Then, over time, we realize we are on the moon - anti-gravity - where the journey becomes about mystery, awe, and gratitude.
Founded by Sisters
Paradigm Expansions was founded by two sisters committed to living full and true lives. Through shared joys and pains, and the recent loss of our father, we have grown together and found tremendous personal transformation in the ancient wisdom of the chakras.
Our courses and coaching incorporate academic training and experience in rehabilitation (PhD), occupational therapy (Masters), and special education (Bachelors) with heart-centered training in yoga (RYT 200) and intuition (Certified Intuition Practitioner).
Our approach bridges science and spirituality by incorporating evidence-based healing modalities into heart-centered, intuitive, mystical practices.
"Science is not only compatible with spirituality, it is a profound source of spirituality." -Carl Sagan

I am a lover of life and seeker of truth.
It wasn't always this way. For a long time, I outsourced my sense of meaning, purpose, and belonging to others. As an empath, I picked up on others' expectations of me and fulfilled them so that I could have approval and safety. Over a decade, small decisions of deferring to others created a chasm between who I was and who I wanted to be.
In early spring of 2021, I finally heard myself say I was unhappy with everything in my life. I was completely exhausted and unfulfilled by living out other peoples' dreams. I was in a marriage to prove someone he was worthy of love and in a PhD spending all my time doing what others thought was important.
From my personal study of spirituality and psychology, I knew it was possible to be happy 'right now' with my life exactly was it was. But I didn't know how. I was a long-time meditator and did a 10-day silent Vipassana retreat. I knew meditation was good for me, so I did it, but it felt like a chore of grit and determination. That is - until I started exploring my chakras through meditation and visualization, using a blend of all I had learned.
Through deeply engaging with the chakras, I experienced a patient and profound transformation of (1) getting clarity on who I really wanted to be and how I wanted to live my life and (2) the courage to speak up and change. Listening to my heart's desire has given me life a thousand fold - and has created an overflow of love and positive energy to share with others.
My purpose and desire is to share this path of healing with those seeking it. I believe life is a sacred gift, and by honoring and loving ourselves - we take the first step of acknowledging and receiving the gift. From there, the possibilities for joy, abundance, and freedom expand and unfold in juicy, mysterious ways. Let's enjoy this ride!

Growing up, I was always drawn to performance—nicknamed "Hollywood" in gymnastics, I sought the light, not to bask in it for myself, but to share it, making sure everyone around me felt its warmth... A rose amongst roses, as they say. This passion for sharing joy led me into acting, which I pursued through my twenties performing in National and International Broadway tours. Life took its turns; I got married at 25 had a kid at 30 and doing it all in NYC. Being a mother shifted my focus more firmly into the business world as a sales and operations manager. I steered my career into building a multi-unit enterprise, marking my first major career shift. I spent 6 years designing and implementing processes to scale over 150 studios and led much of the L&D for the business.
I was traveling, my dad got sick, and I wanted more... so I changed my career, became an executive recruiter at a prominent search firm in NYC, and started dreaming about what else life had in store... Enter Paradigm Expansions.
Recently, after losing my dad, I’ve been reminded painfully but poignantly that life doesn’t wait. This is it—there’s no perfect time except now.
Today, I am more committed than ever to living fully and sharing my journey. I'm now channeling my lifelong penchant for the spotlight into helping others find their light through Paradigm Expansions, transforming not just individual lives but entire paradigms.
