Work With Me

You did not expect to be here.

Maybe you thought you would be married forever. Maybe part of you knew for years that this wasn't what you wanted, and you stayed anyway, because you are the kind of woman who holds it together and makes it work. Who puts others first because that is the right thing to do.

And now the marriage is over, and everyone around you has opinions about that. And beneath the logistics and their perspectives, you are in a daze.

I don't even know who I am anymore.

If any of this sounds like you, you are in the right place.

I do not know who I am anymore. The identity I built around this marriage, this family, this version of my life is gone, and I don't have the energy to start over.

I am exhausted from all the logistics of divorce. And actually, I was exhausted long before that. I have been running on empty for years, giving everything I have to everyone around me, and I am not sure I even know how to put myself first.

I am afraid I will be alone for the rest of my life. That this is what I get now. That the best of it is behind me. (And will a man still find me attractive?)

I am ashamed. I never thought I would be a divorced woman. I have spent my whole life building a reputation, a life that looked good from the outside, and now I feel like everyone can see that it fell apart.

I feel guilty. My kids are growing up in a home that looks different than what I promised them. My family has had to adjust. I made a mess, and people around me are living in it.

I am angry. At him, for not seeing me. For not loving me the way I deserved to be loved. I am angry with myself for even being in this position.

Here is what I know.

All of that pain is actually pointing somewhere. Not to what is wrong with you. To what is ready to be reclaimed.

Imagine waking up and feeling chosen. Because you chose yourself.

Real relief. Not the kind that comes from time passing, but the kind that comes from actually metabolizing and transmuting the shame, the unworthiness, the guilt, and the fear.

Feeling at home in your own body. Knowing yourself as the creative, magnetic, loving being you actually are.

Being okay with the grief waves that come and go. Being grounded enough in who you are that you know you will be okay, and that the waves will pass.

Becoming the person your kids get to watch choose herself. The beacon. The proof that life after the hard thing is not ripe with shame but is full.

Unleashing your magical self, especially your voice. The tightness in your throat gets worked out as you share what you really think and feel, you sing, you write, you speak honestly.

Pleasure in just being alive. Joie de vivre that comes from living present in your precious life. Gratitude you don't force.

From women who have been here

"I finally let go of my ex. After months of therapy I thought I had let go, but I did not know the energy was stored in my body. The sacral meditations helped me release what I could not let go of in therapy."

"I thought I had lost my connection to my intuition after so many years of feeling like I needed to serve others. I have reconnected to my heart and relearned the voice of my intuition that was speaking to me all along."

"With warmth and kindness, she reflects yourself back to you with a crystal clarity. And then you see and hear yourself clearly for the first time."

"Paradigm Expansions came into my life at a time of great change and turmoil. Stephanie's meditations and the education I received provided the peace and skills I needed for a smooth transition into a new chapter of my life."

My Approach

I am a researcher and a mystic. A scientist and an intuitive.

And I have spent my entire career learning how to hold both of those things at once, because I believe your healing requires both.

What I draw from

Research on meditation, visualization, behavior change, mindset, and physics — I hold a PhD in rehabilitation sciences, a master's in occupational therapy, and a certification in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

The themes that run through every major spiritual tradition — I am a registered yoga teacher, I have read the Bible cover to cover twice, I have lived abroad in cultures different from my origin for 4+ years, and I have spent years in deep study of the chakras and energy body

What nature teaches us — trees, seasons, cycles, the intelligence of mother earth show what it means to be an earthly being

My own intuition, and yours — I am a certified Intuition Practitioner, and I believe this capacity lives in all of us, waiting to be strengthened

I am particularly called to serve empathic women, because you hold the keys to humanity's next level of evolution. It is amazing that AI can synthesize large amounts of data and learn, but more than ever, we need to develop and integrate higher forms of intelligence into our collective experience. Love and intuition are these higher forms of intelligence. You likely already have the talent. What we do together is acknowledge and strengthen it in your rebuilding.

Here is what I have seen happen when we work together.

Two things. First, you become free to love your own life. Not in a performed, grateful-journal way. In the real way — where you look at yourself, all of your neuroses and imperfections and history, and you choose yourself anyway. Fully. You are the only one who knows everything about you. Which means you are the only one with the power to completely accept you. When that happens, you are liberated from the need for others' approval and unleash a profound amount of energy for other purposes.

Second, from that liberation, you naturally want to create. Not from obligation or to prove your worth. From desire. From your place of genius. As you create and enjoy it, you end up naturally serving more people in deeper ways than when you engaged in performative and sacrificial giving. You blossom.

The women who find me have this potential. All of it. But they are in a tough place, and living from here feels like a fantasy right now.

Here is what I want you to know: a messy life transition is actually one of the best possible times to do this work. Post-divorce is not a setback on the way to your real life. It is the door.
