This course is the companion to your 4 month Inner Compass: Self-Discovery 1:1 coaching. You will find potent meditations and journal prompts to guide our 1:1 work together over the next 16 weeks. We will travel through the 7 chakras going from the physical to the spiritual for the first half of our time, and then from the spiritual to the physical for the second half. This signifies allowing energy to rise and then to embody. It facilitates an equal honoring of the spiritual interconnectedness and your own physical body and experience. Your self-exploration leads to self-acceptance, self-respect, and self-love. The structure of this course provides 1-2 meditations for you to complete each week, prompts to set your intentions and your space for your own daily meditation practice, and journaling prompts for reflection and integration of what you have explored internally. You can transfer the journal prompts to your own individual journal for privacy, or you can input your journaling on this site to be viewed by your coach for the purposes of providing additional personalized support during your calls.
