1:1 work for women after divorce who are done abandoning themselves.
Book a free callIf that question makes you want to throw your phone, stay a minute.
You are past the fog. You have made it to the anger, and you have earned it. You can list all the ways your ex treated you wrong.
So why are you still the one on trial with yourself at 2am?
Maybe you have kids, and you lie awake wondering what this did to them. Maybe the marriage took the years you meant to have them. Either way, you carried a picture of your life for a very long time, and it's gone.
Then comes the dull and familiar feeling of unworthiness. And you catch yourself doing it again. You shrink in the new relationship to stay desirable. You say yes at work when your whole body says no because you're the reliable one. You wake up with anxiety and spend your whole day as a task-master to stay afloat.
That's the bad news and the opening. Your worst fear already happened. You have nothing left to protect and everything left to choose.
I can't promise you the family you pictured or a new love by a certain date. Nobody honest can. What I can tell you is that a woman who stops abandoning herself lives a different life, and she gets to choose it on purpose.
Here is what that has sounded like, in the words of women who have done 1:1 sessions and my 30-Day Cleanse course.
"I finally let go of my ex. After months of therapy, I thought I had let go, but didn't know the energy was stored in my body."
"I have reconnected to my heart through these meditations, and relearned the voice of my intuition that was speaking to me all along (including the forbidden message that had been bubbling for years 'I want a divorce')."
"The guided meditations allowed me to find so much of myself that had been forgotten or misplaced after being cheated on by my fiance."
"I wake up in the morning and don't feel the need to rush into the stress of work or what people want from me."
"I don't feel guilty about having a boundary with my daughter anymore."
It starts with you. If a partner comes, they meet a woman who knows what she will never accept again. If you have kids, they get to watch a mother who likes her life.
"I can honestly say I love myself."
Six months of private, 1:1 work to make your life yours again. From perfect for them to perfect for you.
We start by mapping your goals, your hurdles, and the self-abandonment patterns still running your life. You leave knowing exactly what we're going after and what you're walking toward.
Together we get to the seeds of unworthiness, then turn what we find into practical steps that teach your brain and body a new default.
Custom meditations and reflections to support where you are, with an investment from you of 10-15 minutes per day.
Accountability and follow-up, so your daily practice stays focused and you aren't left alone with the hard days.
You take a self-assessment at the start and the end. When we finish, you receive a personalized labyrinth and written summary of your journey, in your own words.
It begins with a free, honest conversation about where you are and whether this is the right work for you.
"Dr. Steph is my secret weapon....I clicked together, after 2 years of suffering through my divorce and carrying my children with nothing but my marrow... she reflects yourself back to you with a crystal clarity. And then you see and hear yourself clearly for the 1st time."

I'm Dr. Steph Nash. I hold a PhD in Rehabilitation Science, I'm a licensed occupational therapist, and I wrote The D Word about how my own divorce ended a lifetime of self-abandonment.
I bring the research and the ritual into the same room, because you deserve both. Most of the women I've worked with came to me after a divorce or serious breakup. They came about the boundary, the relationship, or the self-doubt in front of them. Together we traced it back to the seed.
Empathic women, usually at least six months past a divorce or a serious breakup, who are still questioning themselves or watching the same pattern show up in other relationships. If you're the one everyone relies on and you've lost track of what you want, you're in the right place.
Book a call anyway and we'll look at it honestly. If you're in the first raw months or the middle of a legal fight, the most useful next step may be support for that stage. The D Word is a good place to start in the meantime.
No. This is coaching and spiritual mentorship. It doesn't diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and it doesn't replace therapy or medical care. You can do this work alongside therapy, and many women find the two support each other. If you need clinical care or crisis support, I'll encourage you to start there.
You may understand your patterns perfectly and still live them. We work with your thinking, your nervous system, and your spirit together, with a short daily practice and someone following up. The goal is for what you already know to become how you live.
Clients have described letting go of an ex, setting boundaries without guilt, speaking up in relationships, trusting their intuition again, and feeling steadier in who they are. The deeper outcome is living your life the way you want to, while you still have plenty of it left to live.
A weekly 1:1 call and 10-15 minutes a day, for about six months. Some journeys end up shorter and some go longer. We'll talk about what fits your life on our call.
The Reclamation Portal is $850 a month, or $4,250 for six months paid in full (1 month free). Your first call is free, and there's no obligation to continue.
If you read those 2am thoughts and felt caught, that's usually the answer. You don't need to feel healed or hopeful to book a call. You only need to be done doing this the old way.
One free conversation. A clear sense of where you are and where you're ready to go.
