I'm so glad you're here. My name is Stephanie - I am at my core a lover of life and seeker of truth. I combine my heart-centered gifts and academic training to serve as an intuitive spiritual coach.

Through living over a decade in direct opposition to my intuition, I experienced heartbreak, suffering, and near death of my spirit. While excelling in academia, I was in a marriage to prove to a man he was worthy of love and in a PhD program to prove to myself I was "good" enough.

My rock bottom allowed me to finally perceive and acknowledge the voice of my heart through chakra meditations.

I combine evidence-based modalities with the chakra framework for potent meditation programs that allow you to get to know yourself at a deeper level, reconnect with your heart, release your shame and guilt, and live the life of your dreams.
